According to the wording on that highly unethical and possibly illegal TOS, it's any public space, therefore the entire internet is included. They've gone after a YouTuber and an artist to my knowledge, and gotten away with it. If the OTW goes after them, what can they do? I mean, it's Disney. I'm not taking my stuff down, but I can't blame Firefly for doing so.
